RETURNS POLICY

  1. In this Shipping and Returns Policy, terms defined in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning when used in this Shipping and Returns Policy.
     
  2. Wanzl Australia reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and the revised Shipping and Returns Policy will apply to all Orders placed after the effective date of the change.

RETURNS

What can be returned?

  1. Wanzl Australia offers returns and exchanges for change of mind on the condition that:-
     
    1. the Customer provides a written request for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of Delivery – the Customer should email all such requests to sales.au@wanzl.com;
       
    2. the Products are in their original and saleable condition;
       
    3. the Customer provides Wanzl Australia their receipt or proof of purchase to Wanzl Australia’s satisfaction; and
       
    4. the Products are returned to Wanzl Australia within 14 days of the Customer’s written notice given under clause 20.a.
  1. Wanzl Australia does not offer returns or exchanges for any of the following:
  1. custom made products; or
     
  2. products made to measure or to meet your requirements,

except where they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match their description, in which case our Terms and Conditions shall apply.

  1. The Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return of any Goods, including freight, warehousing and insurance costs, as applicable.
     
  2. All freight, warehousing and insurance costs for Delivery are non-refundable.

Where do items need to be returned to?

  1. Unless otherwise specified in writing to you by Wanzl Australia, all returns must be sent to:

  1. Wanzl Australia may alter the returns address from time to time at its discretion.

Credit for returns?

  1. Refunds will be processed using the same payment methods stated on your receipt for the purchase unless.

Packing materials?

  1. The Customer will be responsible for ensuring that Products being returned to Wanzl Australia are adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit.
     
  2. All goods remain at the Customer’s risk until they are delivered to Wanzl Australia at the address mentioned above.
     
  3. Wanzl Australia recommends that the Customer obtain appropriate insurance for returns.
